This EULA governs your use of nTakwa’s apps, websites and services (the “Application”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you use nTakwa on behalf of an organisation, you represent you’re authorised to bind that organisation; “you” includes that organisation.
If you do not agree, do not download, install, access, or use the Application.
Subject to this EULA, nTakwa Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to download and use the Application on devices you own or control. Beta or trial features may be time-limited and changed or withdrawn at any time.
The Application and all related IP (including trademarks, code, design, data, and documentation) are owned by nTakwa or its licensors. This EULA grants a right to use; it does not transfer ownership.
You retain rights to your UGC. By posting UGC, you grant nTakwa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that UGC for operating and improving the Application (including moderation, search, feeds and sharing), subject to our Privacy Policy.
No abusive or objectionable contentReport & Block
You agree not to post or engage in: harassment or threats; hate or violence; sexual content involving minors; illegal or dangerous activities; fraud, scams or spam; privacy violations; or IP infringement. We may remove content and take actions including warnings, mutes, feature limits, payout holds, or account suspension/closure. Use in-app Report / Block tools or email info@ntakwa.com.
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Some features (camera, microphone, photo library, notifications, location, AR) require permissions; platform purpose strings explain why access is needed.
The Application may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Updates can automatically install. Some features may be preview/beta and may change before general release.
This EULA continues until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to users, the platform, or third parties. You may stop using the Application at any time.
You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Deletion removes your profile and associated data we are not legally required to retain. Some content (e.g., messages visible to others) may persist where other users rely on it or where required by law.
If you send ideas, comments, or suggestions, you grant nTakwa the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nTakwa and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Application will not exceed the amounts you paid to nTakwa for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (or £0 where no such payments were made).
If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. A failure to enforce is not a waiver.
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Unauthorised use may cause irreparable harm; we may seek injunctive relief.
The Application may not be available in all regions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you use it.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.
This EULA and referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines) are the entire agreement regarding the Application. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or on our site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
