Core principles

Respect Safety Creativity Ownership Fair rewards

  • Be kind. Disagree without demeaning.
  • Keep communities inclusive and welcoming.
  • Use AI responsibly; don’t mislead or cause harm.

What’s not allowed

  • Abuse & harassment: slurs, threats, targeted insults, stalking, doxxing.
  • Hate & violence: hateful conduct toward protected groups; incitement or glorification of violence or terrorism.
  • Sexual content involving minors: zero tolerance. We report unlawful content to authorities.
  • Illegal or dangerous activities: buying/selling illegal goods, weapons, drugs; instructions to cause harm.
  • Fraud & scams: phishing, pyramid schemes, impersonation, deceptive monetization.
  • Spam & manipulation: mass unsolicited posts, fake engagement, botting.
  • Privacy violations: sharing private information without consent.
  • IP infringement: plagiarism, unauthorized sharing of copyrighted materials.

AI content & synthetic media

  • Label AI-generated or heavily edited media when it may be mistaken for real.
  • Do not create misleading or harmful deepfakes, or fabricate evidence.
  • Respect others’ likeness and consent.

Monetization & gifts

  • Gifts → coins → payouts. Do not coerce gifting or misrepresent rewards.
  • Any promotions must be honest, with clear terms.
  • Fraud or chargeback abuse may lead to reversal, freezes, or removal.

Reporting & moderation

  • Report issues in-app or email info@ntakwa.com.
  • We use a range of actions: content removal, warnings, mutes, temporary or permanent suspensions, feature limits, payout holds, account closure.
  • Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent removal.

Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, reply to the moderation notice or contact info@ntakwa.com with context and any evidence. We’ll review as quickly as we can.

Safety resources

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For self-harm or crisis support, please seek professional help in your region.

Updates

We may update these Guidelines to reflect new features, risks, or regulations. We’ll provide notice for material changes.
